History tuition

I offer History tuition online and in-person in Fontainebleau and the Paris region.

I am a British qualified secondary History teacher. I specialise in teaching lycée students preparing for the History-Geography exam of the British option of the baccalauréat français international (BFI) formerly known as the OIB. I also teach GCSE and A Level History.

Lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student, to challenge them and help them reach their full potential. Lessons will help students develop their oracy, hone their source analysis skills, and perfect their essay writing technique by helping them to write clearly and concisely using evidence to support their arguments.

Students will be asked to engage with their own learning and to reflect at the end of each lesson on their strengths and areas for improvement. I will help them set targets which will be reviewed regularly as students progress.
